Revolut is a money transfer/online banking that I used in the past 12 years especially when travelling abroad, has very good exchange rates throughout the world, I only load it (in a few seconds each time) with wnat I need for that operation only, use their Visa type card to take out cash at ATm machines than is empty again. You can also generate virtual burner cards to use in unsecure online shopping places (I never done it yet) and you can exchange your Revolut loaded cash in any given currency on earth (maybe not all of them are supported, again, I did not tried them all yet) and many crypto also. Like any banking system, if you do something they don't legally support, they kick you out immediatelly... lol What's a Quid one sterling pound dollars are bucks sterling pounds are quid What's their yearly cost to have annount then ? not worth mentioning, I think I paid less than 2 quid a year till now in fixed costs and it is not that I use it a lot and make them huge income from fees either; so yes, reasonable for the poor guy And you have sort code, and bank account with them, so is also a backup banking way to receive your salary for example they also have a business version too, for small companies and you can get instat transfer based only on knowing the mobile phone number associated with the counterpart account, but they check up on you not to launder money, get scammed or scam people like any other banks. So if you want to I can refer you through my account using your phone number as a reference of contact, an they seemingly pay for that, never used this before, but I can give it a shot, they have being nagging me for months now to do this.

constitution is not amendable by any means, the only changes that can be brought are by POPULAR REFERENDUM.  Proposals for the modifications of the constitution are not inconstitutional, since they atempt to obtain the modifications by a popular referendum.4 Any proposal of law that is unconstitutional cannot be forwarded, and the promotors of that law must be prosecuted for anticonstitutional behaviour, and should they be part of a political party or in political elected positions they must be releasd from their position and the penalty must be doubled.5 No person can hold two political offices in the same time, and no person can hold a plitical position and another paid job in the same time.6 If the private intereses of a person are in conflict with political positions they cannot candidate themselves, and if already previously elected, they lose their politically elected position on the spot.7 No business established in this country can open businesses abroad and pay smaller salaries to the employes abroad, all the employes of a company no matter what other country work in, or what nationality they have, they are must have the same salaries and benfits indiferent of the laws in the other country.8 No business can have the monopol of the market.  Holding more than 5% of a market is monopolising it.  The only ones that can have the monopol of the market are the inventors themselves fort the period of their patent covering, but they cannot sell exclusive rights or license exclusively to nobody.  They must sell their inventions rights to as manny busines as there are interested to buy it.9 the state and local administration ca run no business, can hold shares in no business, can controll no business, not even the local utilityes or transportations, and they must make sure there is competiton on the market permanently.10 No artificial food or genetically modifyed food is allowed on the markets, and it is forbidden to breed and cultivate artificial food and gnenetically modifyed food, import it, export it, process it or trade it..11 Citysens can and must arrest the wrongdoers by the Citysens Arrest rights in the constitution.  The arrested registrate their telephonic conversations, their privare conversations and their any interviews or interogations by the law enforcement employees or anybody else just in case they need evidence of illegal behaviour to take their case to court.13 There is noo need for any kind of  license to start a business in any domain on it's own unlimited responsability, be it medical, legal, engineering, services, production or anyting else. Free competiton is allowed on public soil and for each on their own private proprety.For running a business in a limited liability form there are more restrictive requirements, and the administrators have however unlimited responsability for the consequences of their actions.14 There is no profit tax, just an income tax worht 3% of the invoice or transaction/salary.The tax money go to the cityhall of residence of the business or of the person.The cityhall retains 50% for it's own use and delievers 50% to the mediate superior teritorial system (say: province), that retains 50% of it's share and forwards the rest to the immediate superior teritorial system (say: region or state) that retains 50% of the cash enterd and forwards the rest to the central government, that uses it for central government administration, army etc.Should there be more intermediaries levels in between the cityhall tax colection and the central governemnt same procedure will be applied to each level.Money belogn to who preoduced them, and must stay where they were produced.15 The salary level in the public administration and politics can only be decided by popular referendum.  Same for the expenses of each office and teh number of employees authorised to serve such office.And many other articles that alow the citysens to CONTROLL in a transparent manner the operation of their elected leaders.Third step:Elections, local, central, all of it, and make sure that indipendent candidates are not shaded by some dirty tricks, by banks paid party members to drop them off and have in election line only bank or otehr private business corrupted people.Fouth step:  Controll ANYTING they say and do once you elected them, and should you find them doing something illegal, or refusing to deliever you the informations required, arrest them with your CITYSENS ARREST rights and throw them in jail.  There must be NO SECRETS in government, they are payd by you, you own their ass, and they must report to you on demand.Fift thing to do:  Change them as you cange your socks, even twice a day if necesarily, if you see some working well, let them work and finish their mandate, and if they don't work as supposed, out with them on the spot, you pay them, they mst fear you.This is DICTATORSHIP of the business owners (the people) upon their employees (administration), you must be harsh on them, controll them constantly, and jail them as soon as they do something wrong, no mercy, they wanted the job and the money, they must know with the job comes controll and responsabilityes.  This is worht for miltary and police too, includinng the secret services adn customs, no exception.Private business can have secrets, comercial secrets, research and development secrets, they are a private business.Pubblic affairs must be as transprent as thin air, you are the shareholders, they are the employees.This is what I understand by a good dictatorhip, and this is the new system that wee need,  to replace capitalism, comunism, fascism, socialism, nazism, monarchy and any other form of repression and controll, no matter under what mask they hide.

Bureaucracy hinders business, produces loss, and in exchange gives no extra safety or anything else. The only role of bureaucracy is to provide revenue to those that promote it and to cover the ass (pardon the expression) tho those that legiferate it. No bomb attentate or terrorist attac has being blocked by bureaucracy, but by the field guys that "sniffed" the danger despite the rules that were preventing them to discover it, and illegaly took action to stop it. Of course in the final rapport none illegal action is writen down, and all the criminals that brock the law to stop the terrorists are heroes. To me they are heroes indeed, since they dared to ignore the bureaucracy and acted to stop the danger and by this risked at least their cariers, if not their liberty. We need less bureaucracy (far less than 1% of what we have) and more comon sense and prepared professionals that do what it takes to get the job done, instead of doing papers to justify why it is illegal to get the job done, untill is to late and we have dead bodyes on our conscience, but the bureaucrates are OK, all papers are filled.

Banks are crap! Thing is banks and politics lately are the same thing, a huge social parasite living on speculations of the economic system in each and every country, continent and maf! Banks, nations, churches, all facing the depression in a weird manner, that is fighting to stay afloat of their own rules by sinking the real economy to save their own butts.But is the real economy that needs to be saved from the banking system. Many banks going down killed sound rock businesses, with clients and contracts for decades to come.Economy is production, stability, clients, real goods exchange, and as long as banks look up at the politics to know what to do or who to help, all they do is killing economy.Banks, if they want to survive they must help out real economy, the little dude with a big idea that can make money by producing plus value, but has no chance since for them banking system is foreclosed by definition.Smart banks should supply them not only with money, but also with finacial management, marketing professionals, and general management untill the credit is back in the banks pockets, than they can choose to keep the bank's supplied managers or return them to the bank and hire their own.This is the future, banking not only money, but also management, otherwise we will drag this cancer called depression to the end of times.Dixit!

Open letter to European Aviation Research Authorityes Open letter! Dear gentleman at CleanSky, I have being persuaded by a friend do go see your website, which I did. It took me a whole day, but I did it! Than I saw you are outsourcing some tasks, and one even appealed to me. But I learned I needed a EU password and account, so I went there and followed the procedure, thus now I am member there too. So I went to subscribe on your organisation site, and... Ok, only corporate businesses and legitimate companies ca do it! This leads me to the following considerations! The Wright brothers were not a corporation or a LTD when they got up in the air, they were Two persons. Traian Vuia (ever heard of?) was not a corporation or legally established business when he got up in the air, but if the French Academy (that was a legitimate mastodontic corporation) would of not called him a dreamer and idealist, and publically decleared him insane and his idea impossible, the Euorpe would of being motor flying at least 5 years BEFORE the Wright brothers! We Lost this primate because the Americans gave credit to the persons (that they still do) while Europe gave credit only to corporations (which we still do) thus they lead and we follow, humbly! While our smart PERSONS either suffer the shame, or go to America to get credit and succed (Sicorsky, Antoine Gazda, Eugene M. Gluhareff, and others) we keep ignoring the independent inventors and they keep inventing indipendnetly. Same situation for Henri Marie Coanda (ever heard of?), nobody in europe gave him credit, except the Nazi, and they were the firsts to fly a jet , since they were the only to believe in this concept that nowdays lead the world aviation. The academics mocked him! Coming back to the issue: I am an inventor, have no company, work for a living, and look to have my invetions reach the markets! I prototyped the way I could how much I could, and the prototypes proved I am right, thus I gained some friends that help me with engineering and other means. I have no contact with no university (when I tried to bring my invetions alive with them they asked me all the millions I have not) and I have no ISO certification. Thus I am no elligible to work with the EU institutes. Conclusion, my rotary engine, my fast ultralight helicopter, my sonic ultralight flight machines, and other inventions I am working on will come to life, but most probably I will partner with some Arab country willing to invest, or with the US since in Europe the person, legally, does not exist! There is no way I can afford to anticipate all the millions for my projects, not even if you say you will refund me, to give an example, thus the way to do it remains one. Or you have to adjust a bit the policies to suit the reality, as they do overseas. I am just curious which one will happen first, but most probably it is me that I will develop the products overseas. I was in business for many years now, more than some have, to have the right to vote.I loked at the world sorounding me and realised they are 4 types of people in this world, 2 of one side, to on the other.Employees side, there we have the guy that gave up the dignity and sold his dreams for a bread for the family, and does whatever it takes, till the bell rings, like an automa, than he is outta there and starts to live, family, friends, internet, BBQ, self constructing his boat or airplane or custom bike. Or simply travel.Than we have the kissuppers, they leack the bosses feet, turn in anybody, even if they didin't do a thing, just to get in front row, employers hate them, but hire them, they need them, they know those dudes are liars, and stupids, but they also know those employees are feard while dispised by the others, thus they rappresent a controll knob in the teams, and reach key posts not because capable (thay are little less than mediocres) but because they never live to seek greener grass, thus they gain seniority in the place. And naturally the business under their command goes down the drain. And the fault is always of the others.But is not about the employees I want to talk now, they swallow the shit daily to survive, since they didn't had the guts yet, or the chance, to write their own checks (and nowdays this is less and less possible).I wanna talk about the shit pumps.Business owners and their kissuppers.Buisiness owners split in 2 also, the smart ones that although receive from their market an enormous quantity of shit per day, try to find a way to dump it in the drains and let filter to the employees only the ammount that cannot be dumped, thus must be solved.This category has two characteristics from the shit pumps point of view:One, they never promote or keep to long the kissupers, mediocrities, and so on. Mostly they have small companies where the employees make nice salaries and all the benefits, all are happy and hardworkers, excelent professionals, and hate mediocrityes.They also have big prices, are fast in solving the clients problems, and are the firsts to loose markets in depression times like now.This kind of companyes and bosses are a rarity in good times, and almost unexistent in bad times. Nobody pays in bad times, so nobody calls for their excellencies.The other category, the majority, I include them in the shit pumps class.Some of them are higly trained, many diplomas, shiny look, behaviour and talking, but still full of shit to deliever.Overtrained mediocrityes with secret reciprocicating refferals of their pairs.When deep in shit they call and pay the first category, but for the rest they are happy to enslave some employees and have them swallow shit.When I say shit I am not talking about the jobs to be done, this is another thing, and sometimes yes is stinky, but mostly it is regular job.The shit they pump is atitude, humiliations, abuses, moslty by denying your rights as employee, or making you do things that are if not illegal, at least on the edge, on your risk, to their benefit, or you can go look for another position.If the shit comming from the clients is not enough (I talk of the useless one, to be ignored) they mange to invent new shit, out of nothing, and have fun humiliating their underpayd personel with it.Weird working hours to keep (with no benefit for the company) people away from family or personal hobbies as much as possible.Weird tasks, mostly nonsens, but that are humiliating.Stupid jokes on: My way or the highway dude, I am the boss here.Obviously his way is wrong, so you will do the job twice, once his way, than when the results are a disaster, redo it the regular way, and the boss and his leaches will never admit it was their fault, simply something went wrong.Apart the case they can point the finger on the emplyee and say "It was you to do that" since no evidence is left on who gave the order.I hate them, and try my best to do two things:One is to buy nothing from them, ever, should they go bankrupt; better.If by chance I have a contract with them, will individuate the key persons that deliever that product in their company before the contract ends (usually is some humble dude that is bossed by all the leaches, underpayd, and constantly threatened to loose the job) and never renew the contract again.Number two, I invite the humble dude to a dinner with family, have him explain me how he does those product so good and with who, than tell him the truth.And the truth is I want to keep buying that product, but from him and his colleagues, not from his boss and the leaches.And offer them to settle down a new company, doing what tehy know best, at the same price as previously, where I am the first buyer for a looong therm.If they need money, I will partner untill they are up and running smooth.Than when they are in business with me I will help them find more clients and become indipendent, before I withdraw from that venture.Mostly the ex employers goes bankrupt, but that's another story.My aim is to create businesses of excellent quality, runned by those that know what they are doing, and that hate kissuppers as I do.They swallowed too much shit in their lives to make a living, is time for them to start living, and believe me, this is something they will always cherrish.Now we pass through deep depression, the mediocrityes that controll the banks, politics, indistries, are commiting suicide one after the other, you look for the humble guy behing the realisations of each company, and give them THE chance, it is worth all the effort it takes, and when the times will turn right again, we will be more on the markets than we are now:Fight mediocrity in business, promote the humble dude that makes things happen.

You don't, that's the answer. As you don't make money out of PR or publicity, unless you sell them to others. What you do is build a network of people that can trust you (up to a certain level) and that you can trust (same) Rarely one of them would do some business with you, place an order, or it is you that place an order. This is becouse most people that have common afinities don't have complementary needs or businesses. But what this people have is FRIENDS. So if they think you deserve a hand or that their friend might need you, they will pass the word, and give you some leads. Most lead nowhere, and the max profit you might have is the get some more good networking friends to chat with. Not for the evilness of your network, but hey, they cannot know exactly what their friend want. They help the way they can. However sometime those leads lead! To business! And if both you and your customer are happy with, you will reward your common friend with a slice of the cake, he deserves it. Without his nice thought you wouldn't of made that buk together. Now how do you build trus to that level, is another thing! I write in formus on issue that people ask about, for free, take part in debates and always tell the truth, as I see it! Answer your questions, read your threads and posts, give you hints and leads, hoping that at least once in a while it could be usefull to you. And sometimes you do the same for me. Talking of ultralight aviation and personall transportations, some serious investors wanted to know more, so they asked, and I try to answer, I just hope I did a good job. 1. Are we investing in a business or in technology? If it is in business, we need to have some data to support a business case and, if it is in technology, we need a presentation on the technology and the perceived market. In a new technology, one needs to understand the licensing requirements, list the obstacles which have to be cleared in order to give the product commercial acceptance. The complete answer is "both and none of them". Talking of "HI" ports you are not buyng a business or technology, but enter to be franchesees, local operators, in a larger franchising sistem. Like MacDonalds restaurants. Nothing new in restaurants world, always food, dishes, clients, waiters and kitchens and tables and chairs. But organised in a manner that can offer fast services, good quality, safe and clean, at a price anyone (or almost) can afford it, all over the earth. Is this a menance to the sistem? No, This is just bettering the sistem, offering something the other restaurants could not, being unorganised at global scale. "HI ports works similar, is a SISTEM that works at standard quality all over the earth. Noturally to make it work, there is technology in it, and know how, and organised marketing and minimum service standards to mantain in all the franchesee's units. 2.What is the business proposal? What does the developer expect from the Specific Country company? A Specific Country Company should take over the management of sales and implementation of this sistem in that country. This consists in: - Dealing with the authorityes to adeguate the local laws to the rest of the world that is already somewhat standardised, so that operators in other countries can fly in Your country without special permits and derogations, just like driving in Your country, is not that one has to change the car and get another drivers license if comming from US or China or Europe. - Convince authorityes to authorise this kind of flight fields for the best interes of Your country, thus enhancing international and local turism for pleasure or for business, giving a better speed to local personal transportations, and by this making more money while bringing an ease on the traffic and parking issue. - find paying clients to buy franchsee licenses, to whom we build the "HI" ports, give training support, marketing support, and whom will operate locally the HI ports for the benefit of all. - manage the local franchesees issues, keep an eye on them not to lower their standards, cut down agreement with complementary operators to enhance business (Hotels, bus lines, airports, industrial zones, etc) Naturally the Specific Country company can buy themselves one or more "HI" ports license and establish an operating branch to create more direct income for themselves. But it is preferably that each "HI" port to be operated by a sole franchesee, thus this local manager wil not be an employee, but a local owner, so instead of working from 9 to 5, will work for himself, and have a differently oriented prospective to work diligently, smart and hard. 3. Small aircraft is understood in our part of the world very differently than what is proposed. There are small aircraft but they are owned either by Aero clubs or by high wealth individuals as a hobby. Private aircraft for use in business are again available for charter or are owned by large groups who hire crew to operate the aircraft. There is no concept of using aircraft for intra-city travel. If I try to apply intra-city travel as an application for aircraft in a Specific Country, the questions in my mind are innumerable - in a place where managing traffic on the roads poses a serious problem, imagine people flying at low heights all over the city - I dread to even think of the consequences of an aircrash. In Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zeeland, South Africa, and some other places conected tightly with the european and american legislation, where some legislative harmonisation has being always negotiated, there are thousands of small businesses that have a restaurant, a hotel, and a landing place. Most of them are one lane and might allow some 20 take offs and landing per hour without risk or radio coordination. Italy alone has over one thousand, each of them with more than 50 aircrafts docked there permanently. Most of this machines is privately owned. A percentual is owned by Airclubs to let or to train with them. The HI ports are a consequence of this expansion of individually owned small aircrafts, so that large cityes can accept visitors coming from all of this huge number of departure places. The costs of such a new flight machine starts from 10 thousand euro and can go up to 100 thousand euro. Used ones you can find from one thousand up. Hourly fuel consumption is in between 6 liters per hour to 25 liters per hour. Most of them range in between 8 to 15 liter per hour thou. As a number of producers, woldwide, for helicopters there are about 30 manufacturers, and every year new companies are proposing to the market better ideas. The Autogyro producers are more than 20. Fixed wing producers are more than 200, companies alone, plus the hundreds of thousands of private persons that design and build themselves in garage whatever it passes through their mind as long as it respects the legal requirments: Max machine weight 250 KG, max take of weight 450 KG, maximum stall speed 60 KM/hour, maximum 2 seats. No authorisation needed, you build it the way you want, get it verified by the authorityes, pay tax and get registration plates, pay insurance and fly it. Naturally you must get flight lessons and pass an exam first. All this flight machines are not authorised to fly over houses in cityes and villages, only onver isolated houses away from the aglomerated centers. They are also restricted to Visual Flight Rules on Daylight only. People use them to taxi from here to there, to spread chemicals over fields, to inspect large areas of forests or lakes, to rescue dispersed people, to spot fires and alert the fire fighting teams, some of them are even called by the police to help chasing car thiefs from above and report position. It's a legal obligation to give up your interests while in flight if the police enters your frequency and asks you to help them from above. We have enormously more air traffic here than in a Specific Country, and still we don't have problems, tens of thousands of this airplanes fly every day over Italy alone, no crush reports. As long as the pilots respect the rules, no danger. Besides the police and military have jet fight plane and armed helicopters to patrool so if an unauthorised small plane goes to enter a forbidden area they block them and force them to land on a miltary airport and get arrested by the police, than have to face the judges. 4. I do not know if a prototype has been produced, whether the product has approval of the authorities in any country. One of my personal projects is under construction now, one step at the time, than 3 of my freind's Eduard Popa designs are already in production of small series since severall years (Alaskan bushmaster, Condor and Luxor) by 3 different companies to whom he build the first prototype and the production line. That's his business, to build airplanes factories and to desigh and build airplanes. And he is damn good at it. I have another dozen of friends that have small airplanes factories themselves, some cheap, some extremly expensive, some slow, some damn fast machines. And I know hundreds of others that have build and fly, or are now building, in their garage, a flight machine with components bought at the hardware store or by kit boxes of some known kit planes producers. This has being a growoing business in the past 10 years, and despite the crisis nowdays, keeps a steady grouwth rate worldwide. Even China and India came up with novelties last year. Why don't you just come to europe for a couple of weeks so I can show you around a bit? 5. Can the existing and potential competition be identified and elaborated on? Naturally, I already did a business plan for my helicopter business startup, but in what regards the "HI" ports, we need to do a business plan for each and every location apart (right now I work with a team around London, UK to identify right spots to build HI ports, than we shall "sell" the idea to the mayor of London, and once authorised the locations, we will sell the franchise to the companies that want to operate this fields. It's a long shoot, but is worthwhile, London needs them, they are botled in traffic all day long. 1. If there is any existing business which is similar to what is being proposed, can we have some information on that business? Similar businesses exist at local level and on smaller scale, just as restaurants existed indipendently worldwide long before MacDonalds chain business structure was created but the two brothers that saw in the MacDonlds restaurant model a way to create an empire. And now is my turn, to enhance a small concept at global level in franchising, just as they did. Want to see them? Just come here, Europe has places to go in abundance. All you need is time and money, but mostly time, these are not expensive places, and here is the trick, selling expensive things works when things go fine in economy, but when things go bad, jewleryes have a hard time. While bread factories might not produce as much bread as before, but shurely wil not close their gates. After world war 2, expensive cars factories went bankrupt, but cheap car factories like Renault, Volkswagen, Citroen, Fiat, Skoda, Ford and others, got stinking rich. Now we live in a time of economic depression, perfect for my business, giving people what they want at a price they can afford. Is as simple as that. I removed the names here for privacy reasons!

There are two things that brought this into the world 1. Excessive greed of the banks and bosses, that through marketing push the society towards a consumism neighbour with madness, in debt to the neck for any movement the society does, reflected in to the government greed that totaly enslaves the whole socitey through insane taxes on anything, and at irrational high percentual, thus transforming all of us into tax producers for 90% of our time, 5% family providers and 5% humans. I managed to remain some 60% human, but the state hates me, I am not producing enough taxes, and who follows my example becomes a danger for the state. Most of the things I need I produce them myself, and consume them myself, autoconsumism, no tax, more free time, more family time, less happy government. 2. And this brings me here, to the second issue. Although apparently the prices per item are lower, in relity they are by far higher. How? They simply fool you to buy a car for only 20 monthly salaries, and that's cheap compared to a 50 monthly salaries car bought in the 1940, for instance. It is only that your car rquires more mintananace per month, so your pocket bleeds, and your car is a wreck in 5 to 8 years, so you get in debt to buy another one. While a car in the mid '40 es, was ment for the life time, so instead of 60 to 100 moths of life, it would last over 600 months (yap, more than 50 years) with a little engine overhoul every once in a while (cheaper than a whole car) This is worth for cars, home appliances, bicyclets, motorcycles, boats, shoes, etc (whom of you has the same pair of sandals for more than 4 or 5 years?) Becouse the Government needs taxes, and the more the production sells the more they make taxes, so if you build your own car to last 50 years you are a tax evasion deliquent. Conclusion; We need to reorganise our priorityes again, as a society, or we are doomed to die, both as societyes and as human beings, our government kills us to obtain taxes, just like they kill pigs to obtain meat! Here is an old thought of mine, unfortunatelly still valid, damn it: "All countrys in the world need to cut down taxes to a maximum of 10% and VAT to a max of 3% to relaunch economy. And keep them that way! For ever! Governments have become too greedy, things are going out of theyr hand, people in order to be able to feed their family have to "Steal" their own hardworked money form the taxman merciless hands, the state emploees number has increased over imaginable in any given country, most of them involved in colectiong taxes and chasing those that don't pay all that state wants, so basically most of the state emploees are hired to colect their own salaries out of the pockets of those stupid enough to work. Parasites. It's time for a change of route, lower the taxes, and send to work the lazy tax colectors, so they produce something usefull for the society they are now parasiting. This way less taxes wil be needed, more taxable activities will be born, more REAL jobs, not parasitary jobs, will start to exist. less money need on the state part, so less tax pressure on the people. Downsizing of the government and administrations is a must, the statal degrowing is necesary both in defence, tax collection, and local administration, otherwise we end up back into the stone era again, where the one with power beats the weack one an puts him to slavery. Actually we are in that stone era, where the state enforcers reduced the other of us in tax controlled slavery, and milk our poor resources letting us to die so they can enjoy life on our expenses. Ladies and gentlemen, this cannot last too long, since the working organism is parasitated by an simbiotic taxing organism it worked till now, but now the parasites not only are no more simbiotic (they do not deliever anymore anything usefull in exchange of the blood they suck out of us) but their number it become way to big so we can feed them all, than is either we die bloodless, and they follow, since uncapable to survivre on their own, or we get rid of them to get back to life, and this it seems to me the most reasonable option. Consider this! And act!"

It is permanent income, if you jump in as a country manager (sell the project to authorities or privats, manage the local issues), or as a franchisee (if you have the money to buy a franchise) As a franchasee it's like buying a Mac'Donalds franchise, so you got the idea. As a country manager, you are an independent sales person and manager on mandate, that is you work on a success fee, and only invest your time in this business. We need to talk to the mayors and authorities and verify with the local laws for ultralight flight (if it exist) so we can see where to start from. If this law does not exist, I can procure you a copy of the European one, if you have the right connections to push it through the forks and make it become legal law (who do you know it matters!) To make them interested we can tell them that some franchises they can buy on the name of their family (those politicians) so it's a win - win - win situation. When we have interested people we come down there with a team (on their own expenses) and evalutate the doability with them, than we make a contract (if they have the money, or banks are supporting them, or if the government signs some guarantees, we might as well find some foreign banks to fund) Since this moment (when they pay us to come down) you get payd by hour for all the hours you put in, as project manager, and when the project is done and working, and the client or banks pay all what they owe us, you get your chunk as success fee. Not complicated as basik principle, but believe me, without the right conections it might become more than complicated, so you need to get interested many politicians and have them understand they will have gain directly  or indirectly (they can buy some franchisies under some family member names and make money for ever operating that "HI" port) and as a country ( tyhis is helping the main airport have more tourists that can be taken from their plane to the "HI" port by a bus, than with ultralight taxi airplane to anywhere on the country surface or neighbour countries) thus we might want to build one at some 5 to 10 KM from the main airport too, and some others around the country. It's a modern economic macine of making money, just like a casino or a restaurant, you open it, make the right publicity and the clients start coming. Any more questions? Ask, I am here for you!

So what is a "HI" port?   You could go to a port and say "HI"?  Maybe, but this wouldn't generate any revenue to anybody, less taxes or happiness!   The basic idea is simple, people pay you if you make them happy. And if you provide them a way to accomplish their needs and wants, they will pay you for your work and do what they desire. Example, you make bread, they want bread, so they pay you, buy the bread and have food on their family table.  They need it, you provided for them, they paid for, happily! It works on bigger issues too! Airfields for instance!   Why almost everybody would dream of having an airplane (Ultralight is cheap enough now) or helicopter, but only a few do have one? Becouse if you build a dead end haighway say 30 Km (20 miles), a Cul de Sac, some people might buy a car to have fun on this street that leads nowhere, but most of them wil find it insane waisting money jsut to drive on sunday on the speed way for fun.   This is how the airfields work today, they are mostly for flight school and a little trip around the grass field.   Now, if you build a highway to CONNECT two major cities, and make exits to all the villages down the road, you can bet your ass many people will buy cars to travel, not becouse they love to have a car, or to drive, but becouse they can use that facility to solve their porblems or to do business, or simply to go visit with parents! Now it makes sense, and it makes business!  They pay tool to use your speedway becouse it SOLVES SOME PROBLEM!  Your speedway generates revenue by making people happy! Back to the "HI" ports: Building one airfield with no networking destination is a limited public facility to be used by the few that prefer to fly rather than to go fishing on sunday! But if you build one "HI" port while others do the same in other places, you provide a place to hangar the plane, provide a runway that LEADS to somewhere else, so people start using it for more reasons than simply being up there for one hour a week! Say you live in a small city, 80.000 inhabitants! Maybe you have 20 Km to the highway connection, if you are lucky enough, there are 3 or 4 large industrial areas, trucks and lorryes everywhere, and the road to the haighway is crowded all day, slow speed, many vans, people cursing, etc. Daily mess! Now you build an airfield destinated to privat transportations towards other airfields, bring bus lines that go to the industrial areas and to downtown every 10 minutes, build one thousand hangars places, restaurant, marketplace where the farmers can sell their products, cars parking place. Will anybody start using it? My mother used to say "Just build a lake, and frogs will come!" Why would I call it a "HI" port? It has the shape of the "H" and "I" letters, that's why! So on the ground we need a space of some 30 hectars or above, that is 1 KM per 300 meters (1100 yards X 330 yards rectangle) On one of the long sides we reserve 10 metrs stripe all along as safety stripe, than another stripe of 20 meters as take off runway only. And another 10 meters safty stripe besides, tha a 15 meters stripe for engine stops out of the landing lane.   On the other long side, we reserve 10 meter safe zone strip all along, and than dig a ditch deep 1 meter (1 yard) wide 20 meters (22 yards) and loooong from one end to the other, we insulate it  waterproof and fill it with water, amphibious land way, on the shape of an "I"! This is the land and take off watter way! Than we leave 10 meters safe zone, grass, naturally, and another strip of 20 meters for the ground access where the planes can turn on their enginers and warm up, and so on. At the side of it we place in a 50 meters strip hangars of 8 X 8 meters (yards) all atached, back to back in a long line of two rows, interupted here and there by passing lines. This hangars have to be on two stores, first store 5 meters high to receive the flight machines and the cars, and an upper store of 3 meters high , with bathroom, for storage, tools, and othe workshop needs. On the roof, orientable solar photovltaic pannels, to render independent energetically each unit, and eventually sell the surplus to reduce costs of exercise!   Behind the hangars will be another walk lane large 20 meters, than another security strip of 10 meters.  All grass. And all along the security strip another runway, on grass, take off only. On the oher side another security strip large 10 meters, and warmup lane large 15 meters all along. The grass runways and their respective warmup lanes besides will be connected at half their distance by a dedicated lane. Viewed from above it looks like an "H" on the grass with an "I" of water besides.   A "HI" port! In the upper part of the "H" letter, we place a few rows of standard 8 X 8 hangars as we did beside the water lane, with 20 meters of grass in between every double row of hangars, so people can move their machines around with the engines off.  And drive their cars when needed.   The flight machines wil be authorised to turn on their engines only on the warmup strips where walking people are not authorised unless embarking in a flight machine. In the lower part of the "H" a covered parking for cars, marketplace and services with solar pannels on the roof, obviously, will facilitate local passengers exchange, and a little agro turism market.   If we can place such a field in any area, one for any given 100.000 inhabitants (larger cities will need more then one around) some traffic will be taken away from the asphalt roads, and some traffic jam will dissapear, besides using public transportations from the field to the job and back will lower more the traffic jams localy, and the local polution.   We have the means to do it, we have the know how and the experts, we can bring funds to help with financing. You provide your local authority experts, local companies to build, and local people to run it for a profit. So it's all in your advatage, short and long therm! Do the right thing, ring your friends, the Mayors, and get them involved in this before it's too late!   Do it now!
