I went to Grammar School and University in Germany, then joined the "rat race"in the Logistic Business. After a few Years had my own company for 8 years. But in1998 I became an "Aussteiger" and eventually left in "1998 for good" to the Philippines, also to sail around the World a bit. There I run now two Restaurants, -( I should have listened to my Uncle and become a Chef in the First Place ) . "The Stranded Shipscook Inn"- Since 10 years the best diner in town offering a wide variety of Delicacies from all over the world. Italian, German, Thai - you name it, we prepare it.
