Hello Friends at YASNI: I am a professional filmmaker with GLOBAL CULTURAL DIVERSITY FILMS (GCDF) INC, headquartered in New York (USA) via New Delhi (INDIA). Recently we created VOICES OF WOMEN WORLDWIDE and VOW-TV global network at http://voicesofwomenworldwide-voww-tv.ning.co m, spreading womens voices across the world with members from UN WORLD, NGOs, CSRs, etc. As the creator of VOICES OF WOMEN WORLDWIDE & VOW-TV at http://voicesofwomenworldwide-vowwtv.ning.com I would like to request you to be a stronger voice among women around the world. Within a few weeks, over 500 women and men signed in as members on the Linkedin Group, Facebook, Twitter, etc. by invitation only, because they saw the need to promote "voices" for "voiceless women, young girls and children" worldwide ...through WebTVs multimedia technologies: print/audo-radio and visual journalism over the Internet. GCDF/VOWW's mission is to give "voiceless" women, young girls and children "voices" to tell their stories, personal concerns and find solutions on health care, child upbringing, child marriages, family violence, rape, drugs, prostitution and traffikking of young girls and boys ... The first few members on VOICES OF WOMEN WORLDWIDE were women leaders from United Nations Agencies, NGOs and Corporate Social Responsibility buisness companies (CSRs), after VOW-TV videotaped over 50-60 interviews at the 55th Commission on the Status of Women held at the UN from 22 February to March 8, 2011 (the final date celebrated 100th anniversary of the International Womens Year celebrations). The VOW-TV team missed the dramatic announcement of the creation of UN WOMEN which named former President of Chile, Michele Bachelet, as the Under Secretary-General and Executive Director in the General Assembly. Instead, VOW-TV's crew continued to film all those "voiceless" grassroot urban and rural women who had arrived in New York from around the world to tell their stories. Those "voiceless" ordinary women doing extraordinary projects !!! And there was no UN global nor US mainstream media around. They were in search of spectacular celebrity stories of Hollywood movies stars, Ambassadors and high society personalities who had lent their name to the CSW events.
