Ursprünglich stammt die Sonnenblume aus Peru und Mexiko und wurde dort als Zeichen des Sonnengottes verehrt. Auf vielen Kultstätten findet man sie dort abgebildet. Auch ist mittlerweile historisch belegt, dass die Indianer bereits vor 5000 Jahren, die Sonnenblume zur Herstellung von Medizin nutzten. Im 15. Jahrhundert gelangte sie dann durch die Spanier nach Europa. Doch nun genug der Historie über diese wunderschöne Blume. Sie verkörpert alles in allem die Sonne hier auf der Erde und der Anblick eines Sonnenblumenfeldes zaubert unweigerlich ein Lächeln in dein Gesicht. Mit diesem Eintrag heute möchte ich deshalb auch ein Lächeln auf dein Gesicht zaubern und wenn es dir heute nicht ganz so gut geht, dann mach es wie die Sonnenblume und wende dein Gesicht einfach der Sonne zu und lass die Schatten hinter dich fallen.
