I offer: I have 27 years practical engineering experience of working with industry, Academia, R&D organizations, aviation maintenance, design development and manufacturing organization. The experiences also includes project management, maintenance management, Standards & certification, restructuring & revitalization, Indigenous development, induction of new technology and successful management of large infrastructure projects / Programme offices . I have developed a passion for promoting standards formulation, Standards adaptation, standards implementation, Indigenous development and working for a sustainable technological base in devloping countries.It is due to this passion that I work with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority, Pakistan Engineering council and other professional forums since long with out any benefit. I have promoted R&D and standards base activities in Pakistan as a mission which includes series of talks free of cost in engineering universities.I have a been promoting participation of woman in the technical filed .Poverty elevlation through globally adoptable HRD is another fil devlopment fileld of my interest.Quality and SMS is my special filed of interest .I am a qualified lead auditor for ISO and completed EASA 145, 147 and JAR 66 auditor course. I have a waste networking in the filed of project management, quality manaegement and engineering R&D. Woman empowerment in this part of the world . I had started a project where we take workshops and teach poor and needy woman how to make best quality porcelian flowers , jewelary and decoration frames .we do help them to design develop and manufacture these products .We create palce for them to sale their products ( we do not charge any profit rather we sposor the space , the promotion and distribution ). We can supply these product to any one any where in the wolrd the quality and standards will be as per the requirment of the customer .This project is just to fight poverty and make the woman slef sustained in thjis part of the world .Any one interested to help or want to join us he /she is well come . we can extend this tarining to any one any where in the wolrd free and non profit.( on line will be prefered ). Education for children We have another project to provide technical training to woamn and poor children who can not afford the school fee .It is a sort of globally adoptable HRD through vocational trqaining by adopting OJT and FTD programmes linked with local industry .The woman and childrens are trained in 45 specilaities where they are given the knwoledge of material , machines, tools & solutions and in vouge technologies .They are given extensive on the job training to make them skilled so that hey can produce the best qulaity of work . The work ethics and civic sense have a prime palce in this training . We make these children progressive and give them futureistic apprach to have a respectable palce in the wolrd .After the training they will be able to work with any organization in their respective fileds. we are open to any idea , theory and concept to improve .
