Typically these leaders will be heading up companies that are undergoing or have recently undergone fairly rapid change (growth, re-organisation, streamlining) and leaders are looking to release some of the responsibilities in order to work more on the business itself and not get so bogged down in every small decision. They are often recognized where leaders rarely seem to have time for themselves and/or targets (deadlines, performance, quality) are often missed. *** Project / Programme Leadership I carry out Project / Programme leadership either as an external consultant or interim. I'm used to driving through projects on time, on budget and to specification. I leave behind a leadership culture in the organisation that ensures that effective decision making and management procedures continue after I've gone. *** Behavioural Insights I offer behavioural understanding so clients know why people do what they do. I have a set of proprietary tools that makes understanding who your customers are and why they are buying the product or service. The knowledge I have underpins many corporate Marketing and Branding strategies and has been used by political parties to gain understanding of the electorate and was a major contributor to the renaming of the Labour party to New Labour and its subsequent winning of the general election in 1997.
