AIT Doctorate of Business Administration Program SOM’s DBA programme aims to train senior management professionals to develop and hone management theories to enhance their leadership and strategic skills, make contribution to management practice and create additional value for their organisations. The programme will enable participants to acquire advanced management knowledge and research skills. They will be prepared to carry out research in organizational contexts using their practical experience and translating it into management theories.
