TALIBANIZATION IN PAKISTAN   Pakistan was came into being on August 14, 1947 in the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah who was made its first Governor General. Mr. Jinnah announced Pakistan's constitutional name in his first address to the nation as "Islamic Republic of Pakistan" and said that the country's national language would be Urdu. He said that the constitution of Pakistan would be Islamic and there would be no un-Islamic provision or article in this constitution. Pakistan's political leaders could not form a stable constitution in the country till 1973. There was no constant constitution established till 26 years after the establishment of Pakistan and the country was captured by the military forces two times by imposing marshal law in the country. At last the Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was succeeded to form a stable and constant constitution with the help of main 14 then Islamic Political Leaders in the parliament who supported the constitution's Islamic provisions and articles. There was no concept of Talibanization or Alqaida governments in any of the country till 1988 throughout the world or in t his region. After the return and withdrawal of Russian Military from Afghanistan, there was no other country that could support Afghanistan to establish a stable government in the country. The world's supper powers were continuous ignoring Afghanistan and USSR (United Soviet Socialist Republic) was also going through its downfall process, the other world's supper powers were working to become and to get the title of the "World's Strongest Supper Power", therefore as a result of the ignoring Afghanistan by world's supper powers including U.N.O a self made unethical and unconstitutional Taliban government was formed by the heads, teachers and students of the Islamic Educational Institutions. There are more than eight thousand (8000) Islamic Religious Educational Institutions working in the country under the control of the independent Ulema (Islamic Scholars) of the different sectarian groups. Afghan refugees are settled permanently in Pakistan because of the same USSR invasion on Afghanistan and now due to the Coalition Forces invasion after 09-11-2000. Terrorists of the same trained Taliban and Alqaida groups have been moved in Pakistan's Tribal Areas, Northern Areas and in the province of Frontier in the country. They are trying to take over and to capture the government in the country but it is not possible unless the 8000 Religious Islamic Educational Institutions would not support them. The military operations against these Islamic Institutions were the part of this policy of government to keep Talibans away from these institutions. The people of Pakistan want to live in peace and to maintain peace in the country so that they would be able to seek their breads and employments in the country peacefully. '''In details''' I got my all educations from Primary to M.A in Economics in Nawabshah. I passed my matriculation examination in science in A-One grade in 1985 from Government Municipal High School Nawabshah. I also passed the D.A.E (Diploma of Associate Engineers) in Electrical from Government Habib College of Technology Nawabshah in A Grade. I got the degrees of B.Ed from Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad. In Islamic Religious Education, I received the degrees of the Study of Islamic Law (A grade), Islamic Jurisprudence Advanced Studies, and Diploma in Hadees Studies (A grade) from International Islamic University Islamabad. I can also read and understand the Persian Language to some extent.   * MY WORKS AND JOB HISTORY   I was appointed in the Education Department Government of Sindh as a Primary School Teacher in 1988. I taught in remote village area Primary Schools of Nawabshah till six months. These schools are situated in village 6 Chak and 8 Chak Navy in Nawabshah Taluka. Afterwards I was transferred to Government Faiz-ul-Aloom Primary School Nawabshah. Here I taught for one academic year. But my officers and senior teachers of Education Department soon transferred me on detainment at Government Municipal Higher Secondary School Nawabshah to teach English to the Higher Secondary Classes (Class XI and XII) as there was an acute shortage of teachers in Higher Secondary Schools in those days. I taught there for two years to both morning and evening classes in the years 1990, 1991 and 1992. It is necessary to mention here that I myself have had the student of this school from 1984 to 1985 where I secured the highest marks throughout the school in Board of Intermediate and Higher Education (BISE) Hyderabad and achieved the title to write my name at the '''HONOURS BOARD''' of the school in the school's history first time. Afterwards I was transferred to Government Naya Madersah High School Nawabshah to teach the subjects of Science to the students of high classes (Class IX and X), due to the shortage of Science Teachers in that high school. I taught there for two academic years. But I resigned from the post of Primary School Teacher because of the low salary package even working at high and higher secondary levels and joined the Pharmaceutical Company Glaxo Laboratories after getting success in the written test on merit basis. I worked there from April 1994 to November 1997. My sisters and me opened a Private Middle School, '''Oxford Middle School Nawabshah''', to teach the students of Pre-Primary, Primay and Middle classes (from Nursery, Kinder Garten to class VIII) at Nawabshah after registering an NGO by the name of '''Oxford Educational Society Nawabshah''' from the Joint Stock Companies and the Deputy Director Industries Sukkur Region Sukkur in 1990-1991. I have four sisters and three brothers. My three sisters were married in Sialkot District while my one sister was married in Nawabshah who is working and doing a job as a Subject Specialist (S.S) at Government Islamia Girls Higher Secondary School Nawabshah since last 20 years. Her name is Nasreen Malik. I started to help my sisters and mother to deal in our family private school from December 1997 to June 2005. I kept myself in touch with the newspapers and used to write news events and columns in different Urdu and English Newspapers published from Karachi, Hyderabad and Nawabshah. I passed a tough written test held by the government news agency A.P.P and was appointed as a Sub-Editor in Associated Press of Pakistan (A.P.P) on July 1, 2005. My PASSPORT No. is FU1150181   == Latest Independent News ==   * JOB LETTERS NOT ISSUED EVEN AFTER ANNOUNCEMENT OF TEST RESULTS   Sindh Education and Literacy Department had taken the written test for the posts of High School Teachers (H.S.T) on April 24, 2009 and for Junior School Teachers (J.S.T) on April 25, 2009. The Computerized Results of the Sindh University Testing Centre (SUTC) have been announced on the University's website during last week of April 2009. All the passed male and female candidates have not been given Offer Letter of Posting Orders or Appointment Letters yet. The passed candidates are very anxious and perplexed specially those who are facing unemployment troubles for a long time. The passed female and male candidates have called upon the Sindh Education and Literacy Department to issue the Offer Letters of Job to them immediately. It is necessary to mention here that only less than one percent candidates have been passed in this test for teaching in government schools and if the government issue the posting orders to these test passed candidates, even then there would be a large number of vacancies remain vacant and the government would have to conduct the next test for the recruitment of teachers soon within next three months otherwise the next academic session which has been started from May 1, 2009 would be disturbed and the students would not cover there academic course subjects fully till the annual examination.        == Independent News and Information Data ==   * APPEAL FOR DONATION AND HELP TO REFUGEES SHIFTED TO MARDAN AND DATGAI FROM SWAT AND MALAKND DIVISION.   The NGOs, Welfare Organizations, Individual persons, workers of political parties and rich people are requested to help and support in providing the food, clothes, tents and other articles of necessity to the refugees shifted from Swat and Malakand to the Dargai, Mardan and other areas in refugee camps.   == My Latest Research & Studies ==   * RESULTS OF WAR AGAINST TERRORISM IN PAKISTAN People of North West Frontier Province, especially the people of Swat and Malakand Division are facing much painful trouble for several years due to the Military Operations in the areas. 1.5 million people have been shifted in the refugee camps established in Mardan and Datgai areas from Malakand and Swat as a result of the recent launched military operation against the terrorists. Military and the government of Pakistan have decided to settle them in the camps on the government expenses and to give them employment, education and health facilities from the government. But it would not be possible without the help of the Global and International Organizations, NGOs and the Civil Society of the areas, cities and the districts where the camps are being established. Military have announced that the operation against the terrorists would be continued till the complete and entire killing of the last terrorist in the operation areas. It means that the military forces have taken over their absolute and full hold in Malakand Division and Swat areas forever. We can say that these operation areas could now be called as the Cantonment Areas of Pakistan Army. Malakand Cant.; and Swat Cant.; have been announced unofficially forever by Pakistan Army. Federal Interior Minister has said that a delegation will soon visit to the refugee camps from the United Nation Organization (U.N.O) to estimate the expected funding amount to help in the settlement and rehabilitation of the refugees who have left their homes from the army operation areas. Where people are happy on the struggles of Pakistan Army to establish peace in the operation areas, on the other hand the people of the country are also anxious for being homelessness of the people of the area who are being shifted to the refugee camps. However it does not mean that Indian foreign policy should be used always against Pakistan especially on the occasions whenever a terrorists' activity is being taken place there. The Foreign Office and the Interior ministry of India blame Pakistan for each terrorism activity. Bombay (Mumbai) attacks' case would be seemed as unresolved when the new Indian government would take over after the current elections. India is going through the election process hence the Ajmal Qasab case has been thrown into pending for the time being. A renowned female political leader of India has stated, "Terrorism is not the main and core issue between Pakistan and India but the distribution of irrigation water is the major issue between the two countries."  The statement of the leader shows that the case of Ajmal Qasab would be tried to close and be set aside in the files while the newly formed Indian government would be emphasized to put up the water issue in the future. The next Indian government is seemed to be formed a coalition government as no political party is being seen in a majority position to form the government singly without its coalition partners. Although, the two party systems is taken into consideration it would be the turn of Bhartia Janta Party (BJP) to form the government with its coalition partners. The recent visits of President Asif Ali Zardari to Libya, UK and America are very important and significant. The President Gadafi said the delegation of President Zardari that they should feel that they are in their second homeland just like Pakistan. The President Gadafi honored the welcome ceremony and feast to the Pakistan delegation at his special farm house where the Libyan President call the just very important leaders of the world. The daughter of the President Asif Ali Zardari, Mohtarma Asifa Bhutto Zardari was also invited as a Chief Guest in Pakistani Educational Institution where she addressed the ceremony and distributed the awards among the brilliant children. President Zardari visited United Kingdom and met the Chief of Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain at the MQM International Secretariat London.  Interior Minister of Pakistan Rehman Malik and Altaf Hussain also held the joint Press Conference after the dialogue session with the President Zardari and the Pakistani delegation. They emphasized that the Talibanization would not be accepted in Pakistan and they will be crushed forcibly through the military forces and security forces in the areas where they are facing the mismanagement because of Talibans in the country. The people of Pakistan has encouraged, cheered and supported their   policy to squeeze Talibans in Pakistan. In United States of America, at White House Washington DC, the President Asif Ali  Zardari and his delegation participated in a tri lateral conference consisting the three countries i.e; Pakistan, USA and Afghanistan. They also held the joint Press Briefing  Session with the President Obama, a joint press conference with the American Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton and also held meeting with the different American Senate Members and Parliamentarians. The people of Pakistan are very happy on the decision of forming joint Border Forces by Pakistan and Afghanistan at border areas in the both countries.              * SHRINE OF BILAWAL FAQEER ZARDARI BALOCH AT BALOO JA QUBA   Bilawal Faqeer Zardari Baloch, a warrior, states man, a diplomat and a saint of Kalhora Period was born in 1705 A.D (1117 Hijrah). He fought numerous battles against the forces of Mian Noor Muhammad. During Nadir Shah's attack on Sindh, he was taken for three years in Iran along with the princess, Murad Yab Khan and Ghulam Shah, the two sons of Mian Noor Muhammad. Bilawal Faqeer died in 1764 A.D (1178 Hijrah) and was enshrined beside the village of Meer Khan Zardari, where a Mausoleum was built by Mian Ghulam Shah in 1768 A.D (1182 Hijrah) in recognition to his meteorious services rendered for Kalhora cause "Mianwal Movement". This place (Baloo Ja Quba at Nawabshah Taluka 'Town') became a centre of pilgrimage of his followers, where an annual Urs is celebrated on First and 2nd Zilhaj of each Hijrah Calendar.
