I offer: I have a backdground in computers and art. in the past I've done 3D animation, graphic design, and layout design. I've done a lot of work in the fields of institutional analysis, and facilitation. I help develop legal work product and legislation. I'm a hands-on guy. I do a lot of work with small businesses and start-ups, and in the "small areas" of large institutions. I tend to get a lot of attention, unfortunately, most of it negative because many of the changes that need to be made to organizations are difficult to understand. I don't like to write copy, or do secretarial work or speak on the phone.
