Papers for the conference must conform to the word limit of 4000-6000 words along with an abstract of 250-300 words. 2. Please provide 4-5 key-words at the end of the abstract. 3. Authors are requested to attribute any quote appropriately (i.e. within the text itself) so as to avoid any violation of the copyright. 4. Please avoid using foot-notes/ end-notes as far as possible. 5. Authors are requested to follow ‘American Psychological Association’ style sheet for the purpose of referencing. 6. All the tables and diagrams should be appropriately numbered and provided at the end of the paper. 7. Authors are requested to use TIMES NEW ROMAN font throughout the text. 8. Title of the paper should be in font size 14 and should be centrally aligned 9. Name of the authors and their affiliation should be placed just below the title of the paper. 10. The subheadings and the body of the text should be in font size 12. 11. Abstract should be in font size 11 and in italics. 12. Line spacing should be “single”. 13. Paper should be submitted only in MS-Word format. Please do not submit papers in PDF. 14. The conference paper shall be published in good faith. Hence it is the liability of the author(s) to ensure originality of the paper. 15. Conference Overview The systems of higher education across the world are expanding and are becoming more and more inclusive and globalised in the era of globalization, privatization and the revolution in information and communication technologies (ICT). This is partly due to the ever increasing aspirations of the people for higher education. On the one hand, there is need to expand the horizons of higher education in view of the demand for the same and on the other hand there are quite a few critical impediments which come in the way of this expansion. The issues like management and administration of higher education, pedagogy of higher education, re-engineering the process and structure of education, bench-marking for future growth and development of higher education in India, role of ICTs in shaping the existing system in changing scenario of globalization and issues of privatization, governance, autonomy, accountability, accreditation, getting trained manpower in the field of higher education for sustainable growth and development of nation at par with developed nations etc. are some of the issues that have become critical and crucial for the governance of higher education sector in India. We, therefore, like to bring out a volume of articles from scholars like you who have expertise and insights in the field of higher education on this momentous occasion. Research papers, conceptual articles and case studies on the specified themes or its allied aspects relating to the main theme of the conference are solicited.
