Pattayablatt is the German Newspaper in Thailand, published every week since almost a decade. This report is dealing with the first incredible Oktoberfest in Chiang Mai, which took place the 17th of october in the Rati Lanna Riverside and Spa Resort. The report is held in German language and was published in issue number 382 which was to get in the book stores in Thailand between the 27th of October and the 2nd of November 2009. Dieser Link fuehrt zur Deutschen Zeitung in Thailand mit dem Namen Pattayablatt. Die Zeitung erscheint nun seit fast einem Jahrzehnt woechentlich am Dienstag. In Ausgabe Nummer 382 wurde ueber das erste Oktoberfest in Chiang Mai, Thailand berichtet, welches von der von mir geleiteten Organisation Thailandfreunde e.V. durchgefuehrt wurde. Die Zeitung erschien am 27.10.2009 und war an den Kiosks bis zum 02.11.2009 erhaeltlich gewesen. Das Fest selbst hatte am 17.10.2009 stattgefunden.

ASTV Manager is one of the biggest business newspapers of Thailand. In the issue from monday, the 23. of August there is a big report about "Same Sex Marriages - a Model for Thailand?". The report is dealing with the petition my life partner and me started with our gay ceremony marriage last year in Chiang Mai Thailand. And if it is a good idea - or not. The report is published in Thai language. Die in Thailand erscheinende Tageszeitung ASTV Manager ist eine der grössten des Landes. In der Ausgabe vom Montag den 23.08.2009 wurde ein grosser Artikel veröffentlicht, der sich mit dem Thema, Homo-Ehe, ein Modell auch für Thailand? beschäftigte. Dabei griff der Artikel auch die von mir und meinem Lebenspartner mit initiierte Petition im vergangenen Jahr auf, in Thailand, eine Homo Ehe einzuführen. Der Artikel erschien in Thai Sprache.

In issue number 321 I wrote a report about the Thai artist Vipoo in the Chiang Mai Mail newspaper which was published from 14th of April 2009 to 20th of April 2009. The report deals with the Ceramic artists work which is especially dealing with monsters. In Ausgabe Nummer 321 der thailändischen Wochenzeitung Chiang Mai Mail die in Englischer Sprache erscheint schrieb ich einen Bericht über den thailändischen Keramikkünstler Vipoo. Der Bericht ist im Wesentlichen eine Übersetzung des Berichtes der zeitgleich in der beim gleichen Verlag beheimateten Deutschen Wochenzeitung in Thailand, Pattayablatt erschien. Dies war vom 14.04.2009-20.04.2009 der Fall.

Together with my friend Lee Roy Webster I wrote this report about the political demonstration of the UDD (United Front against Dictatorship) in the city of Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand for the Chiang Mai Mail Newspaper, which is a weekly published newspaper in English language. In issue number 319 I wrote a report about a Lana Fashion Event in Bangkok´s Royal Navy Conference Hall. Ab und zu schreibe ich auch für die Chiang Mai Mail Zeitung, welche wöchentlich in Englischer Sprache im Norden Thailands erscheint. In der Ausgabe Nummer 319 schrieb ich genau wie in der Deutschen Zeitung Pattayablatt einen Bericht über eine Modenschau in Bangkoks Königlicher Navy Konferenz Halle.

In Pattayablatt number 353, a weekly published German newspaper in Thailand, I write reports and columns from time to time. This one was from 7th to 13th of April 2009 about a lana textile exhibition in the Royal Navy Conference Hall in Bangkok. In Pattayablatt Nummer 353, einer wöchentlich erscheinenden Zeitung in Deutscher Sprache in Thailand, schreibe ich von Zeit zu Zeit Reportagen, Berichte und Kolumnen.
