Chantal is one of the UK's leading designers & has been creating one-off wedding gowns for clients since 1996. Her signature is gowns that feature 18th century style boned corsets with traditional back lacing. Each wedding dress is designed to order & made to measure, with special attention given to the cut & fitting of the corset which will fit the client's unique contours to create a perfect fit. Look & you will see a mix of the various era's & styles that inspire me: from Hollywood Chic, Vintage Elegance, Medieval, Gothic, Edwardian & Elizabethan influences to touches of pre-Raphaelite & Fairytale. The design signature also includes curvaceous silhouettes straight out of 1940's, 50's & 60's Hollywood. These include a stunning red bridal gown in crushed velvet called Damsel and a Diva like white fishtailed gown trimmed with feathers & Swarovski crystals titled Ice Queen. There is a Marie Antoinette gown of tulle & gold lace entitled Coquette. Daysy is a modern / Hollywood fusion ~ a design inspired by & made for RHS Hampton Court which is a satin version of my classic corset/fishtail combination, accented with hand made daisies. Every detail of a Bride's look is attended to, from advice on hair & make-up to designing complementary accessories. Clients can even employ Chantal's valuable services as a stylist assisting the Bride with dressing, make-up & hair for their wedding day.
