Belinda Forrest earned her Real Estate License in 2012.  Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. Based in Columbia, SC, Belinda is the expert to help you with all your residential or commercial real estate needs in Columbia, Blythewood, Lake Murray, Lexington, and surrounding areas. Belinda earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Columbia College in Missouri that provided the solid background on which her career has been built.  She is constantly furthering her knowledge and has earned the designations of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). A first class education combined with years of learning in the field as served Belinda well and earned her many awards.  She was ranked #5 in office sales in 2013 and was awarded the 2013 MVP Team Player Award for EXIT Real Estate Solutions.  This fall she will be awarded the Bronze Designation by Exit Realty Corporate Offices for 25+ sales in a single year. Belinda is a member in good standing of the Central Carolina Association of REALTORS (CCAR), South Carolina Association of REALTORS (SCAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (CMLS). This committed agent contributes to her community by volunteering and donating to Habitat for Humanity.  To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.  She has also been an active adult volunteer with the Girl Scouts of America for nearly 12 yrs. Having been through numerous military relocations within the US (and oversees) including Ft. Hood, TX, Ft. Leonard Wood, MO, and Wurzburg, Germany, she understands the circumstances that surround military relocations and the unique housing needs of our service people. In her spare time, Belinda enjoys shopping, traveling, watching HGTV and do-it-yourself projects.
