I have spent several years in France. My name "gravel" was there as follows pronounced "Ki-es (s)". This results in German of course makes no sense. But in French very well. written in French is "Ki-ess" to "Qui-est?" which retranslated to German means "who is it?" or "who's that?" means. Does this make sense?
